    Sidmouth have apologised but have withdrawn from this event.
    Instead we will run an intraclub event on the day so please book on to row as usual.

    Hi all
    This event is being postponed due to lack of rowers our side and lack of coxes at Sidmouth.
    Sidmouth will be in touch to offer new date, or may suggest 27th Nov(already in diary) to host instead of Exmouth.

    We have 10 signed up so far-please consider joining us at Sidmouth where Sidmouth Gig Club are hosting this mixed crew event based on the one we held.

    Hi, it is.
    The plan is as before to race in the morning and maybe look to use the Beach for people to buy their own beer/coffee and we consider supplying sandwiches.

    The closing date for interest will be 1st December.
    Thereafter coxes will select teams.
    Selection criteria have not been confirmed or advised as yet but will likely include on water observation, ability and willingness to commit to training and targeted erg performance.

    The date for the Teign Race (not Regatta) changed from 17th to 2nd of October.
    Due to the late notice and lack of interest Exmouth will not be fielding a crew/s this year.

    We are sorry to cancel but we only have 9 definites and 2 possibles.
    We will look to offer another social event-maybe at the end of the season.

    Thanks for your interest.
    Selection will be made on fitness, ability and availability to commit to training (land and water based) and erg exercise results. Adjustments for age and weight will be factored in.
    Rob is looking to develop a training programme to build fitness over the winter period.
    More details in due course.
