Off the back of your feedback and with the INFORMATION WE GAVE at the meeting on Thursday 16th November – we want to ensure we capture everyone looking to improve their fitness and ability to row – on water or off water- SO GET YOUR NAMES DOWN BELOW to continue to receive training info, be in the training WhatsApp chats and be considered for regattas 🙂
Everyone within the womens and Mens training Squads will be expected to submit a 3k rowing machine / Erg test time every 3 months. The first one will be required by the 12th Dec 2023 and then followed by one at the beginning of March, June and Sept ! The 3k test is not the only factor that will be considered at Exmouth Gig club and so is not essential to selection, however it may disadvantage your selection chances for upcoming competitive events if you do not provide the 3K information.
