    Reminder about the ‘technique clinic’ tomorrow night (1st Dec) at 7pm in the Beach. You won’t be working up any kind of sweat, but don’t wear anything too constrictive as you might be practising technique!

    Anyone game for an evening in the Beach with a laptop and a few of the videos we’ve been taking? It’s been great to have people ask for feedback but some things are better explained in person. Maybe Gary’s contraption could help too?

    I fully expect general chat and beer to dominate the proceedings but a bit of off the water coaching could be a good excuse…
