The purpose of the session is to get the six oars guys some last minute practice so my preference would be to run one session only with the same six for the duration.
Karen, you got your name down early enough so the seat is yours if you want it, but Im sure the channel rowers would appreciate being able to row together once before the big day!
There’s a chance I might be unavailable for this if the channel row gets postponed to the 15th. Will keep you posted.
We have six. Aim to be on the water for 5:30, so meet as close to 5pm as you can.
We have a majority charity crew compliment so we’ll aim for some solid rowing for ~2hrs if possible.
running the beginners session before so will be around but happy to let others row.
If you’re getting a notification about this you are (hopefully) going to benefit from many man hours of repair work to get our one and only racing boat seaworthy. If you can, please make yourself available to lift the boat into the water tomorrow at 12pm so we can see if we’ve improved things since Lyme. Regatta attendance should be more than just turning up on the day.
