Please use the following form to register as a new member OR to renew your membership.

Before completing the form please ensure that you have read and understood your role and responsibility as a member as outlined in the Members Handbook.

Membership runs from the date you join up to and including the 31st April 2024

Anyone joining after 1st of November 2023 need only pay £55 – this will cover membership up to the 31st of April 2024.

*at additional cost (typically £5 each regatta)

BACS/Online banking is the preferred method of payment – please put your surname as the reference to we know who is paying into the account.

This is the same account that we use for all transactions so its worth setting us up on your banking app. We do not offer online payment, through our website, as this incurs a fee – which we feel is better spent on keeping the club going.

Spreading the Cost

You may choose to spread your payment across 5x equal payments of £22 by setting up a standing order. This option is not available for Junior or Non-Rowing / Cox ONLY memberships.


Additional Notes

New Members

Please complete ALL parts of the form. Once payment has been confirmed you will been set up on the website you will be emailed confirmation (this can take a couple of days). You will then be able to login and book club rowing sessions etc.

Returning Members

You will have one months grace to re-submit your details (1st May 2023) and either pay in full or make your first payment – after this time your account will be suspended and you will not be able to login. You do NOT need to submit a username or password as these will remain the same.

Recently Joining Members

If you joined AFTER 01 Jan 2023 then you do still need to complete the form (for insurance purposes) but you do not need to make any additional payments.

All data provided is held in line with GDPR. In order to facilitate rowing and / or participation in regattas certain information may be shared with the committee, certain members of sub-committees and the CPGA.

Once fees are paid the committee reserves the right not to issue any refund, either partial or full.

Any request(s) for refunds or alternative arrangement(s), of any sort, will be considered on a case by case basis by the committee.
