Motions should be submitted at least 7 days before the AGM – to simplify the process the form can below can be used. Alternatively you can email the committee.

Requirements:

  • Motions will be shown to the members as the are written and will only be edited if the language is deemed offensive or inappropriate.
  • Please ensure that the wording of your motion allows the members to answer “yes” or “no” when voting.
  • An explanation must be given to outline the intent of the motion.
  • There is no constitutional requirement for the incoming committee to adhere to the result of any vote. The outcome will be discussed at the next committee meeting and the result will steer the actions of the committee.
