CPGA Proposal 1 seems a more inclusive proposal for all clubs and is less divisive. Proposal 2 would move towards a clearly divided ‘competitive’ and ‘non-competitive’ divide in clubs/individuals (not sure how it would work for clubs like ours where we have a mixture of reasons why people love rowing) and to keep developing as a club the CPGA has a valuable role? Admittedly there were too many words so I skim read some of it.
