    Took me a while to understand! It still looks like a big increase for competitive rowers , but a reduction to the club whilst the membership is low, which could mean we don’t have to put up our membership fees. So a bit of a swings and roundabout situation. Only time will tell if it will be value for money but overall I think I would be in favour.
