    During a rather over enthusiastic row on Saturday by me I’m afraid I strained my back (forgot to warm up and to start with reduced effort) . Not a good advert really!
    Anyway I’m afraid I feel I will have to withdraw from Saturday but will come down to support and happy to help out.

    Sincere apologies , I will under the guise of being a responsible member of the community, and medical angel be hard at work at the Glastonbury festival of music and performing arts, and therefore unable to join in , I will be trying trying to stay sober and compus mentus, and therefore be absent and unable to join in your endeavours.
